A trap reserved for pest control professionals

All articles

In our trade, credibility and professionalism are everything.

That is why Mirabox will be sold exclusively to pest control companies.

It will not be sold directly to restaurant owners, nor made freely available online.

No marketplace, no retail chain, no sale to the general public: Mirabox stays inside the professional channel. This is not a distribution constraint, it is a positioning decision, and it commits the manufacturer as much as the companies using it.

Why this choice?

Because Mirabox is not a gadget.

It is a professional solution, highly effective from the first night, and it should stay in the hands of those who know how to use it within a complete approach: hygiene, prevention, site monitoring.

Selling directly to restaurants or bakeries would weaken our own trade: in the short term a few would make a little money, but in the long term it means sawing off the branch we are all sitting on.

An effective tool requires a method

A trap only works if it is set in the right place. That means reading the site first: spotting droppings, smears and travel routes, understanding where the mice come from, and choosing positions accordingly. That is technician's work, not a box to tick.

Then comes everything a product sheet never shows: how often the trap is checked, how captures are handled, cleaning, keeping the unit between visits, following the site's hygiene rules. In a kitchen or a food workshop, none of that can be improvised.

Finally there is traceability: the control plan, the mapping of stations, dated records, the report handed to the client and presented at audit. Someone buying a trap off the shelf has none of this, and it is precisely what the client pays for when calling a professional.

What open sale would do to the trade

Equipment available online becomes a product like any other: compared on price, resold second-hand, copied. Value moves to the catalogue, and expertise drops out of the equation.

Worse still. A manager who buys alone, sets the trap in the wrong place and catches nothing will not conclude that they got it wrong: they will conclude that “it doesn't work”. Poor use always ends up costing the product its reputation, and with it the reputation of those who use it properly.

And by the time the problem outgrows DIY, it has usually become an established infestation: longer and more expensive to deal with, with contaminated goods in the meantime.

What exclusivity brings to a pest control company

First, an argument no one can get around: your client will not find Mirabox online. The tool is part of your service, not of a shopping list they could fill without you.

Second, proof. Captures are shown and counted, where consumed bait proves nothing. It is the best thing to discuss at the end of a visit, and the best argument when a contract comes up for renewal.

Third, protected value. Equipment that stays inside the professional channel escapes the price war, keeps its level of service, and continues to set its users apart. That holds in every sector where Mirabox is used, from restaurants to food processing and retail.

Who can order Mirabox

Pest control companies, and only them: applicators, rodent control firms, technical departments with trained teams. Activity is verified before any order.

Neither private individuals, nor restaurant owners, nor site managers can buy it directly. A manager who discovers Mirabox and wants it goes through their service provider: the provider equips the site.

To ask about terms, write to us from the contact form. We reply to professionals, with the lead times and terms matching your activity.

Our mission

With Mirabox, our mission is clear: raise the level of professionalism in rodent control, and give companies in the sector the tools to demonstrate their expertise.

A trap reserved for professionals is not a commercial barrier. It is the condition for the result to stay at the level promised.
